Golden Eagle Wheat
Wheat beer made with Pacific and German wheat and barley malts. Traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen, gold in color.Banana and clove at on-set, with a crisp and lemon tartness.
ABV. 5.2% IBU 14
Red Mountain Ale
European and British malts provides a toasted and nutty flavor, while Pacific Northwest hops are used to create a delicate, yet pronounced aroma with a long lasting mild hop finish. Rich red to orange hue.
ABV. 6.2% IBU 40
Main Street Blonde Ale
Golden ale brewed with the finest Pacific Northwest all-American barley. Unusually refreshing, light body with a long clean and crisp hop finish.
ABV. 4.5% IBU 17

Dunkelweizen
Rare beer. Unfiltered, medium body. Rich dark brown/mahogany color. Same banana and clove notes as its pale sister beer (Hefeweizen) with a more complex, smoother finish.
ABV 5.6% IBU 17
Roman Eagle Pale Ale
Extra pale ale. Very light in body. Straight forward complex bitterness with a clean finish.
ABV 5.9 % IBU 52
Imperial Adler IPA
Amazingly over the top complex ale. Aggressively dry-hopped to over a pound of whole hops per barrel. Generous addition of oatmeal to smooth out the high alcohol punch. Surprisingly clean and light body for a double IPA.
ABV 12% IBU 100+
Black Talon R.I.S.
Russian Imperial Stout. Deep onyx in color with a golden head. Opens with coffee, chocolate and roasted flavors. Gives way to smooth and rich caramel notes.
ABV 9% IBU 85
